Because we are a marketplace, refund and return policies vary depending on the seller.
Ecommerce Product Refunds

Commission Fees
Commission fees charged to vendors (5% or 8%) are non-refundable once a sale is completed.
Business Service Listings
The $0.99 USD listing fee for business service providers is:
A one-time payment
Non-refundable
Once a listing is approved and published, the listing fee cannot be refunded.
Booking Cancellations (Hotels, Cars, etc.)
For:
Hotel bookings
Car rentals
Property reservations
Service appointments
Cancellation and refund policies depend on the individual service provider.
Customers must review provider-specific policies before booking.
